Run Coaching

I love working with athletes at any point in their running career - from beginners training for their first 5K to seasoned marathoners.  My goal is to provide individualized plans to help you reach your goal in a safe and realistic manner, incorporating speed work, long runs, recovery, and cross training.  

I utilize Google Docs to create and share training plans with my athletes.  This allows for detailed back and forth communication and allows for easy updates on a regular basis.
